Monthly Subscription
If you forgot to cancel your subscription, or if you haven’t used your plan for more than a day after the last charge, we’d be happy to refund your latest charge in full. However, we cannot grant prorated refunds if you’ve cancelled after using your plan for more than a day.
Annual Subscription
If you have an annual subscription and you forgot to cancel, we would be happy to refund the full amount up to 14 days from the last charge if you have not used the product during the the 14 days period.
However, we cannot grant prorated refunds if you’ve cancelled after using your plan for 14 days.
Refund Turnaround Time
Once a refund is issued, you will receive it in your bank within 7 to 14 working days. In case you don't receive the refund in your bank or original payment method, please write to us at hello@growthhub.so.
